Connectauracle holds a credential — or just a public handle — and fetches on a schedule. Syncing is a thing this source does, so one that has never synced is broken.
Pairauracle issues a credential and something else sends to us — a phone app, a tracker, the browser extension, a sidecar on your own machine.
