How do you connect Amazfit?

Amazfit needs no connection of its own — your watch is already covered. Zepp runs no service we can read, but the Zepp app syncs your watch to Apple Health on iPhone and to Health Connect on Android, so connect that from the auracle mobile app and the watch comes with it. Either phone carries activity, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max and weight. PAI, stress scores and sleep stages never leave the Zepp app, so nothing brings those.

What does auracle do with it?

It reads it, and once a morning it texts you on iMessage about what it noticed — one message, on the earliest credible sign your day has started. You can ask it anything in the same thread. It is wellness software: it does not diagnose, treat or dose, and when a question needs a clinician it says so.

Whatever it reads, you can take back. The export is one file per connected source, in that source’s own order, whenever you ask.
