In Google Takeout choose My Activity, keep only Gemini Apps, set the format to JSON, then upload the ZIP.

What does auracle do with it?

It reads it, and once a morning it texts you on iMessage about what it noticed — one message, on the earliest credible sign your day has started. You can ask it anything in the same thread. It is wellness software: it does not diagnose, treat or dose, and when a question needs a clinician it says so.
